- 服务式公寓的出租期至少须为 7 天。它们是自成一体的单位，设有厨房或小厨房。ura.gov.sg ↗
- 服务式公寓发展项目必须由单一业主开发和／或管理；单位不可分层地契分割出售。ura.gov.sg ↗
- 私人住宅物业的短期住宿（连续少于三个月）属违法。短期停留请选择酒店或服务式公寓（最少 7 天）。ura.gov.sg ↗
- 自 2023 年 12 月 4 日起，市建局也允许长住型“服务式公寓 II”（SA2），最短租期为三个月；现有服务式公寓仍为 7 天。ura.gov.sg ↗
