Your CEA number fills in your name and agency from CEA’s public register. We check it and send you a sign-in link, usually within a few working days.
List in minutes
Type a postal code or paste the listing text you already use: the block, flat type, size, MRT and schools fill themselves in. Photo tips, a print sheet and share images for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook come with every listing.
Open your listings to co-broke
Tick “Open to co-broke” and other agents can send your listing to their clients. Their clients never see your details; the other agent contacts you to arrange the viewing.
Send your clients new homes under your name
Add a client and what they want, and send them their link on WhatsApp. Once they confirm, Property.co emails them matching homes with your name, CEA number and agency. You are their only contact.
Viewings arranged in a few taps
Clients mark homes “Interested” and pick viewing times. You send the times to the listing agent, who accepts one with a tap. Messages, calendar entries and a reminder on the day are included.

What does it cost?
Listing on Property.co is free for now.
Does Property.co take a commission?
No. Property.co is a listings site, not an estate agency, and takes no part in any commission. Co-broke terms are between you and the other agent.
Who sees my clients’ details?
Only you. Clients you add are confirmed by the client themselves, other agents never see who they are, and the client can unsubscribe at any time.
Can owners list too?
Yes. Owners list their own property; each owner can list one property, or up to five when every listing welcomes agents with a commission. You can get an email when owners in your towns welcome agents.
Property.co never calls an agent a specialist or expert, and shows plain facts only: listings, areas and reply times.
