How it works

Listing on Property.co is free for now.

  1. ApplySend the form below with your name as registered with CEA, your CEA registration number, mobile and email.
  2. We check your registrationProperty.co looks you up on CEA’s public register: the name, the registration number and that it is current. We then approve or decline your application and email you within a few working days, either way.
  3. Choose your passwordApproval brings an email with a link to choose your password. The link works for 60 minutes; if it runs out, ask us for a new one. Then sign in at property.co/agent.
  4. List your first propertyCreate a listing in four steps: where (a postal code or building name), the basics, details and pictures, then check and publish. Your listings show your name, CEA number and contact buttons; enquiries and viewing bookings arrive in your inbox.
