Queen’s Road’s HDB inventory covers Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4. Official property information checked on 19 October 2026 records 489 homes in these four residential blocks: three carry a 1973 completion year and Block 1 carries 1974. Recorded heights are 12 or 23 storeys. Begin with the exact block and floor plan rather than treating the street as a single housing form.

The sold stock comprises 222 three-room, 178 four-room and 89 five-room flats. Block 1 contains 88 of the recorded five-room homes, while Block 4 contains the remaining one alongside its mainly three-room inventory. These are housing-stock classifications, not homes currently offered for sale. The model and usable area still need to be checked for each particular listing.

HDB registered nine Queen’s Road resales in the complete October 2025–September 2026 window. Five three-room transactions had a median of S$480,000 and a S$460,000–S$560,000 range. Three five-room sales had a median of S$990,000, ranging from S$925,000 to S$1,020,000. Both are small historical samples rather than reliable street-wide valuations or current asking prices.

The remaining registration was one four-room Improved flat in Block 2: 89 square metres, in the 10–12 storey band, registered in June 2026 at S$680,000. It is one observed sale, not a representative four-room benchmark. The three-room records were Improved flats of 63, 73 or 76 square metres, while the five-room records were Standard flats of 120 or 123 square metres. Every sale carried a 1974 lease commencement year, a separate field from building completion.

Farrer Road MRT, CC20, and Tan Kah Kee MRT, DT8, are listed in Property.co’s current guide at straight-line minima of 41 and 748 metres respectively from residential blocks. Those minima can start from different buildings and do not establish walking distances, station entrances or step-free access. Check the actual block-to-entrance route and which Circle or Downtown Line connection suits the onward journey.

Nanyang Primary School’s official current contact page confirms its campus at 52 King’s Road. That address is distinct from Queen’s Road and should be used when checking the actual school entrance and school-day journey. Neither a nearby-school marker nor a short map distance establishes official registration distance, admission eligibility, priority or an available place.

The current Singapore Botanic Gardens website identifies 82 hectares of gardens, primary rainforest and varied plant collections in the wider area. Its Eco Garden and Eco Lake, Ethnobotany Garden and Evolution Garden illustrate the range of destinations within the grounds. Plan for the intended entrance and activity using the official map and current notices rather than assuming the entire Gardens has one convenient access point from every home.

Explore homes on Queen’s Road in the listings section, or browse Property.co’s Bukit Timah homes for sale and rent. Compare the individual listing’s area, configuration and lease with the limited sale evidence, keeping the single four-room observation separate from broader pricing conclusions.
