Bukit Batok Street 51 contains 669 homes across eight residential HDB blocks in property information checked on 18 October 2026. Three blocks were completed in 1985 and five in 1986. The residential group comprises Blocks 526–528 and 530–534, with individual blocks containing between 32 and 130 homes. These differences help distinguish building formats, while the particular flat’s lease commencement and remaining lease require separate checks.

The official sold-flat stock contains 376 three-room, 136 four-room, 85 five-room and 72 executive homes, reconciling to the full 669-home total. No separate rental or studio-apartment stock is recorded for these residential blocks. The inventory describes built housing rather than advertisements. A room label still leaves differences in floor plan, area and condition, especially when comparing executive homes with the smaller flat categories.

HDB registered 21 resales during the complete October 2025–September 2026 window. Seventeen three-room sales had a median of S$408,000 and a S$355,000–S$420,000 range. The single four-room sale was S$500,000, and the single five-room sale was S$585,000. Each of those latter prices is one observation, not a broad type-specific benchmark. Incomplete October 2026 registrations are excluded from this historical sample.

The remaining two executive sales were 146-square-metre maisonettes at Block 526, both with leases commencing in 1986. One on storeys 01–03 sold for S$750,000 in October 2025; one on storeys 04–06 sold for S$798,000 in August 2026. Their sample midpoint is S$774,000. Different sale dates and individual conditions prevent using two homes to isolate a floor premium or establish the value of every executive flat.

Property.co’s guide measures Bukit Gombak MRT, NS3, about 173 metres from the street’s nearest residential block. Bukit Batok, NS2, is another North–South Line reference at about 762 metres from its nearest block. These straight-line minima may use different starting addresses and are not walking times. Check the particular home’s route, station entrance and crossings against the household’s regular destinations.

Dazhong Primary School’s current official contact page confirms 35 Bukit Batok Street 31 as its address. Property.co measures it about 353 metres from Street 51’s nearest residential block in a straight line. The school is on a different street, so examine the actual gate and journey from the selected flat. Official registration distance, admission priority and eligibility cannot be inferred from this street-level proximity measure.

Bukit Batok West Park Connector is about 20 metres from the nearest block in Property.co’s guide; NParks describes its one-kilometre route through Bukit Gombak and links with other connectors. That minimum does not establish access from every home. The photograph shows the separate Bukit Batok Nature Park, along East Avenues 2 and 6, on 18 March 2022. It illustrates a historical wider-town amenity rather than Street 51, a listing or current conditions.
