Bukit Batok Street 24 has 1,084 homes across ten residential HDB blocks, all completed in 1996, according to property information checked on 18 October 2026. The recorded group includes blocks with 290 and 291 letter suffixes. A shared building year offers useful context, but homes can still differ in configuration, floor and position. Check the flat’s actual lease commencement and remaining lease separately from the building completion date.

The official sold-flat inventory comprises 685 four-room, 303 five-room and 96 executive homes, reconciling to all 1,084 recorded dwellings. No rental or studio-apartment stock is recorded for these residential blocks. Four-room homes are the largest category, with smaller five-room and executive groups. The stock describes built housing, while the floor plan, area and condition of an individual property need their own examination.

For the complete October 2025–September 2026 window, HDB registered 22 resales here. Thirteen four-room transactions had a median of S$620,000, within a S$500,000–S$656,000 range. Eight five-room sales had a S$756,500 median and ranged from S$610,000 to S$820,000. The eight-sale group is a limited historical sample; these prices are distinct from current asking prices and valuations. Incomplete October 2026 registrations are excluded.

The remaining record was an executive apartment at Block 290B, registered for S$930,000 in March 2026. It measured 141 square metres, was on storeys 13–15 and had a lease commencing in 1997. That single observation does not provide a representative executive-flat benchmark for the street. Compare the chosen home’s size, layout, floor, condition and lease with relevant transactions rather than treating this one sale as a valuation.

Property.co’s current guide places Bukit Batok MRT, NS2, about 850 metres from its nearest residential block on Street 24, with Bukit Gombak, NS3, another reference at about 1,718 metres from its nearest block. Both serve the North–South Line. These straight-line minima can come from different blocks and do not describe walking journeys from every flat. Check the actual entrance, crossings and route from the selected address.

Keming Primary School is at 90 Bukit Batok East Avenue 6 according to its current official contact page. Property.co measures it about 212 metres from the street’s nearest residential block in a straight line. Use the confirmed school address and the relevant gate to examine the practical journey from the chosen flat. The directory measure does not determine its official school-distance category, registration priority or admission eligibility.

Bukit Batok Nature Park offers a wider-town outdoor destination along East Avenue 2 and East Avenue 6. NParks identifies a 36-hectare park developed on a former quarry site, with quarry-cliff and water features. Check current visitor information and the access suited to the intended outing. The licensed 18 March 2022 photograph illustrates that historical amenity rather than Street 24, an advertised home or current park conditions.
