Canberra Crescent is an HDB residential street in the Canberra part of Sembawang, with a mix of compact flats and larger homes. Canberra MRT and the neighbouring Canberra Plaza give the area a clear everyday centre. Along the street, the position of a block still matters when comparing routes, road exposure and the outlook from a flat.

HDB property information records 1,910 homes across 17 residential blocks on Canberra Crescent. The housing stock comprises 510 two-room flats, 295 three-room flats, 770 four-room flats and 335 five-room flats. Residential buildings were completed between 2016 and 2019. Those are building completion years, rather than lease commencement dates, and these stock counts are separate from current advertisements.

Canberra station serves the North–South Line. Property.co’s guide places it 138 metres from the nearest residential block in a straight line; a journey from another block or to a particular station entrance will differ. HDB describes Canberra Plaza as directly connected to the station, with retail, services, food outlets and community spaces. For a viewing, follow the actual route from the flat to the facilities you would use.

The Yishun Park Connector is another part of the setting. NParks identifies a three-kilometre route from Yishun Central, along Yishun Avenue 2, to Canberra Link, connecting with other parts of the park connector network. It offers options for walking and cycling beyond the immediate blocks. The convenient entrance and onward route depend on where your trip begins.

For a wider range of activities, Bukit Canberra is an integrated sports and community hub in Sembawang. URA describes a combination of food, fitness, care and green spaces near Sembawang MRT. It is a separate destination from Canberra Plaza; check the route and the individual facilities’ opening arrangements when planning regular visits.
