Bukit Batok Street 25 contains 1,657 homes across fourteen residential HDB blocks in property information checked on 18 October 2026. Five blocks were completed in 1996, eight in 1997 and one, Block 288F, in 1998. The residential blocks carry 288 and 289 letter suffixes. These building groups provide a starting point for a search, while the individual flat’s lease commencement, floor area and remaining lease remain separate particulars.

HDB’s sold-flat columns record 849 four-room, 466 five-room and 342 executive homes, reconciling to the 1,657-home total. No rental or studio-apartment stock is recorded for these residential blocks. The executive component is a substantial part of the inventory, but its category does not settle whether a particular home has an apartment or maisonette layout. Inspect the actual plan and area before comparing different housing formats.

HDB registered 27 resales during the complete October 2025–September 2026 window. Eleven four-room transactions had a S$608,888 median and S$520,000–S$640,000 range. Nine five-room sales had a S$740,000 median, within S$690,000–S$820,000. Seven executive sales had a S$926,888 median and ranged from S$860,000 to S$1,180,000. The seven- and nine-sale groups are limited historical samples. Incomplete October 2026 records are excluded.

The executive range includes different layouts and sizes. At Block 288B, a 144-square-metre apartment on storeys 01–03, with a lease commencing in 1998, sold for S$860,000 in June 2026. At Block 288G, a 165-square-metre maisonette on storeys 10–12, with a lease commencing in 1997, sold for S$1,180,000 in January. Their differing layout, size, floor and sale date prevent attributing the price gap to one feature. Compare the particular unit with relevant records.

Bukit Batok MRT on the North–South Line is about 1,064 metres from Street 25’s nearest residential block in Property.co’s current guide. Hume on the Downtown Line is another reference at about 1,352 metres from its nearest block; LTA confirms Hume opened for passenger service in February 2025. These straight-line minima may use different blocks. Check the actual route, crossings and station entrance rather than treating either measure as a walking distance.

Keming Primary School’s current official contact page gives 90 Bukit Batok East Avenue 6 as its address. Property.co places it about 215 metres from the street’s nearest residential block in a straight line. The confirmed address is useful for locating a school reference and investigating the actual home-to-gate journey. It does not establish official school registration distance, admission priority or eligibility for every home on the street.

For an outdoor outing, NParks places Bukit Batok Nature Park along East Avenue 2 and East Avenue 6 and describes its former quarry setting. Check the intended entrance and the journey from the shortlisted flat. The accompanying cattan2011 photograph was taken on 18 March 2022 and provides historical wider-town recreation context. It does not depict Street 25, a flat on offer or present-day park conditions.
