Teck Whye Crescent’s HDB inventory covers 572 homes in three residential blocks, checked on 20 October 2026 Singapore time. One block carries a 2012 completion label and two carry 2013, with recorded heights from 15 to 24 storeys. These building fields describe the inventory’s scope; they should be distinguished from a flat’s lease commencement, layout and particular transaction circumstances.

The sold categories contain 160 two-room and 122 three-room homes, totalling 282. The rental inventory separately records 173 one-room and 117 two-room homes, or 290 units. Keeping the rental categories distinct prevents the overall 572-home total from being mistaken for ordinary resale stock or current sale availability. Check the category and documents of the actual property being considered.

Only six Teck Whye Crescent sales appear in HDB’s complete October 2025–September 2026 registration window. Three two-room transactions had a median of S$355,888 and ranged from S$330,000 to S$357,000. Three three-room sales had a median of S$480,000 and a S$458,000–S$480,000 range. Both groups are thin samples of dated registrations, rather than dependable valuation bands or evidence of a street-wide price trend.

All six registrations were Model A flats with 2015 lease commencement. The two-room homes measured 47 square metres and the three-room homes 68 square metres. Those transaction lease fields are distinct from the 2012 and 2013 building-completion labels. A shared model and lease year still do not isolate differences in level, condition, orientation or the details of an individual sale.

Teck Whye, BP4, and Keat Hong, BP3, are LRT references in Property.co’s current guide. The recorded minimum straight-line distances from residential blocks are 673 and 676 metres, potentially starting from different blocks; they do not establish equivalent walking routes. LTA’s 15 October 2026 update notes ongoing power-rail replacement and passenger-lift works after substantial renewal completion, so check current station information for the intended connection.

Teck Whye Primary School confirms its campus at 11 Teck Whye Walk on its current official contact page. This supplies a specific destination for investigating daily school travel from a Crescent home. The nearby-school reference does not determine official registration distance, admission priority, eligibility or an available place; check the actual address and current application arrangements separately.

For a wider-town outing, NParks lists Choa Chu Kang Park along Choa Chu Kang Drive next to the Kranji Expressway. Its 11 hectares include playground areas, a skate plaza, fitness stations and lawns. Use current park maps, entrances and notices to judge how the destination fits a household’s routine rather than assuming a direct connection from every Crescent block.
