Teck Whye Avenue’s HDB inventory records 1,113 homes in nine residential blocks, checked on 20 October 2026 Singapore time. Two blocks carry completion labels of 1977 and seven of 1983, with recorded heights from 12 to 25 storeys. These two building cohorts provide a starting point for comparison, while the precise block, flat model and individual lease require separate attention.

The sold stock comprises 570 three-room, 444 four-room, 96 five-room and three executive homes. Three-room flats form the largest recorded category. These inventory figures describe housing included in the guide, rather than current sale availability or transaction activity; the small executive stock category should not be treated as a ready-made price comparison for a particular home.

HDB’s complete October 2025–September 2026 registration window contains 25 Teck Whye Avenue resales. Fifteen three-room transactions had a median of S$395,000 and ranged from S$330,000 to S$435,000. Seven four-room sales had a median of S$470,000 and a S$445,000–S$518,000 range. Three five-room registrations had a median of S$650,000, within S$590,000–S$668,000; three observations are a thin historical sample, not a broad valuation benchmark.

The three-room registrations include eight Model A and seven New Generation flats of 67 or 74 square metres. Four-room sales combine four Model A and three New Generation flats of 92–103 square metres. All three five-room records were 132-square-metre Model A flats with 1984 lease starts. Lease commencement across the sales is 1978 or 1984, distinct from the buildings’ completion labels; compare the actual layout and lease before using a type median.

Property.co’s current guide identifies Phoenix, BP5, and Teck Whye, BP4, as LRT references. Their minimum straight-line distances from residential blocks on the avenue are 372 and 453 metres respectively, potentially measured from different blocks. They are not walking distances or entrance-access promises. LTA’s 15 October 2026 update reports substantial LRT renewal completion while power-rail replacement and passenger-lift works continue; check current notices for the intended journey.

Teck Whye Primary School’s current official contact page confirms its campus at 11 Teck Whye Walk. Use that verified address to investigate school-day travel from the particular Avenue block, including the entrance and crossings. A nearby-school marker does not establish official registration distance, admission priority, eligibility or an available place.

Pang Sua Park Connector provides a wider-area recreation reference. NParks describes a six-kilometre route from Bukit Panjang Road to Choa Chu Kang Way along Pang Sua canal, forming part of the Western Adventure Loop. Choose the relevant section and access point using current maps and notices; the connector’s full length does not describe the journey from a Teck Whye Avenue home.
