This guide’s Dakota Crescent inventory covers eight residential HDB records and 610 recorded homes, checked on 20 October 2026, Singapore time. Five records carry 1958 completion labels, one carries 1982 and two carry 1984, with recorded heights from two to 15 storeys. These are the official dataset’s indexed entries; a historical completion label does not establish present occupation or describe every building in the wider Dakota neighbourhood.

The sold categories contain 106 three-room, 126 four-room, 190 five-room and two executive homes, totalling 424. Separately, the five 1958-labelled entries record 28 two-room and 158 three-room rental homes, or 186 units. The sold categories are in Blocks 58, 60 and 62. Keep those distinct from the historical rental entries when selecting resale comparisons; the combined total is not current advertised supply.

The complete October 2025–September 2026 HDB window contains seven Dakota Crescent resales. Three three-room sales had a median of S$615,000 and a S$605,000–S$638,888 range; three five-room registrations had a median of S$1,230,000 within S$1,188,000–S$1,250,000. Both are thin samples. The remaining four-room registration is best read as an individual observation rather than a reliable type-wide price band.

The single four-room record was a 108-square-metre Model A flat at Block 62, registered in April 2026 for S$905,000 on storeys 04–06 with a 1984 lease start. All three three-room sales were 74-square-metre Model A flats at Block 58 with 1984 leases. The three five-room records were Model A-Maisonettes at Block 60, measuring 137 or 140 square metres with 1983 leases. Lease commencement and building-completion labels are separate fields, and the different layouts should not be pooled indiscriminately.

Dakota MRT, CC8, and Mountbatten MRT, CC7, are existing Circle Line references in Property.co’s guide. Their minimum straight-line distances from the indexed residential records are 100 and 215 metres respectively, potentially starting from different buildings. These minima do not establish walking routes, station entrances or equal access from every address; check the practical journey from the actual home.

Kong Hwa School’s current official contact page gives its campus address as 350 Guillemard Road and identifies Dakota MRT on the Circle Line as its nearest station. Use that verified destination when investigating school-day travel from the selected block. Neither the school’s location nor a nearby marker establishes registration distance, admission eligibility, priority or available places.

NParks describes Geylang Park Connector as a 3.68-kilometre route from Guillemard Road towards Tanjong Rhu, crossing Mountbatten Road. Its access information identifies an overhead-bridge crossing near Mountbatten Road. Select the intended section and entrance using current maps and notices; the full route length is not the distance from a Dakota Crescent flat or a guarantee of a direct connection.

Explore homes on Dakota Crescent in the street listings box, or browse Property.co’s Geylang homes for sale and rent. Compare each listing’s asking price, floor area, model and lease with the relevant historical transactions, keeping the small samples and the inventory’s historical rental entries separate.
