Bukit Batok Street 34 contains 1,400 homes across seventeen residential HDB blocks in property information checked on 18 October 2026. Twelve residential blocks carry a 1985 completion year and five carry 1986. Recorded residential heights range from four to fourteen storeys, with substantial differences in home counts between blocks. Use that building context alongside the exact flat’s lease commencement, remaining lease and floor plan.

The sold-stock columns record 434 three-room, 865 four-room, 45 five-room and 54 executive homes. A further two three-room homes appear in the separate rental-stock column, reconciling the full total to 1,400. Four-room homes form the largest stock group, while the five-room and executive categories are much smaller. Keep the official sold and rental categories distinct and compare the individual layout, area and condition when considering a particular flat.

Bukit Gombak MRT, NS3 on the North–South Line, is the closest rail reference in Property.co’s guide at 412 metres from the nearest residential block in a straight line. Bukit Batok, NS2, is another reference at 1,380 metres. These are not walking distances from every address and the minima can come from different blocks. Check the chosen home’s actual route, road crossings and station entrance against the household’s regular journeys.

St. Anthony’s Primary School’s current official contact page gives 30 Bukit Batok Street 32 as its address. Property.co’s surrounding guide places it 72 metres from Street 34’s closest residential block in a straight line. The school is on a different numbered street, so verify the practical route and gate from the precise home. This directory minimum does not determine admission eligibility or the official registration-distance category of an individual address.

Property.co identifies Choa Chu Kang Park Connector 68 metres from the nearest residential block in a straight line. NParks describes its 5.4-kilometre route between Choa Chu Kang Park and Bukit Batok Town Park; that figure does not establish access from every flat. The accompanying photograph shows a different place: Bukit Batok Nature Park, along East Avenues 2 and 6, photographed in March 2022. It illustrates a historical wider-town amenity rather than Street 34, a listing or current conditions.

The complete October 2025–September 2026 window contains 39 HDB resales under BT BATOK ST 34. Thirteen three-room sales had a S$408,000 median and S$380,000–S$440,000 range. Twenty-three four-room sales had a S$475,000 median and S$430,000–S$585,000 range. These historical registered samples are distinct from current asking prices or valuations; the incomplete October 2026 records are outside the window.

Only two five-room sales occurred in that period, at S$650,000 and S$670,000, giving a S$660,000 midpoint with very limited coverage. The one executive sale was a 149-square-metre apartment at Block 344, on storeys 01–03, registered for S$850,000 in July 2026 with a lease commencing in 1986. One observation cannot establish a broad executive benchmark. Assess relevant floor areas, configurations, storeys, conditions and lease particulars rather than applying either thin sample to every larger home.
