Bukit Batok Street 32: HDB block formats, school references and resale evidence

Bukit Batok Street 32 contains 1,071 homes across fourteen residential HDB blocks in the property dataset checked on 18 October 2026. Four residential blocks carry a 1984 completion year and ten carry 1985. The building-year profile is relatively concentrated, but the street includes different block sizes and housing configurations. Check a selected flat’s lease commencement and remaining lease separately from its building’s completion year.

The sold-flat columns record 427 three-room, 560 four-room and 83 five-room homes. One additional three-room home is recorded in the rental-stock column, reconciling the full inventory to 1,071. Four-room homes are the largest stock group, while five-room homes form a smaller category. Keep the recorded sold and rental stock separate, and compare the actual floor plan and floor area rather than relying on a room label alone.

Bukit Gombak MRT, NS3 on the North–South Line, is the closest rail reference in Property.co’s guide at 349 metres from the nearest residential block in a straight line. Bukit Batok, NS2, is another reference at 1,182 metres. These minima can come from different blocks and are not walking distances from every flat. Examine the actual station entrance, crossings and home-to-station route for the regular journeys that matter to the household.

Two primary-school addresses help orient a search here. Dazhong Primary School confirms 35 Bukit Batok Street 31 on its current contact page, while St. Anthony’s Primary School gives 30 Bukit Batok Street 32. The schools are therefore on different numbered streets, even though both appear in the surrounding guide. Check the appropriate gate and practical journey from the specific home. Neither a shared street name nor guide-wide proximity establishes admission eligibility or a registration-distance category.

Property.co identifies Bukit Batok West Park Connector 24 metres from the closest residential block in a straight line. NParks describes a one-kilometre route connecting several local park connectors through Bukit Gombak; check the particular access rather than inferring a route from that minimum. The photograph illustrates the separate Bukit Batok Nature Park along East Avenues 2 and 6, as photographed in March 2022. It is wider-town amenity context, not Street 32, a listing or current conditions.

The complete October 2025–September 2026 window contains 35 HDB resales under BT BATOK ST 32. Fifteen three-room sales had a S$405,000 median and S$380,000–S$429,000 range. Twenty four-room sales had a S$481,000 median and S$458,000–S$510,000 range. These dated registered samples describe the flats sold during those twelve months, not current asking prices or a valuation of a different home; incomplete October 2026 records are excluded.

The inventory also shows why the precise block matters within this street. Residential heights range from four to twelve storeys. Blocks 314 and 335 each record sixteen homes and four storeys, while Blocks 312, 313, 316 and 318 each record 132 homes and twelve storeys. Those different building formats are useful to investigate, but the counts do not establish a unit’s outlook, lift access, noise exposure or renovation condition. Verify the actual flat’s particulars during a viewing.
