Photo licence terms

1. Who the agreement is between

This agreement is between REG (UEN 53509477M), the operator of Property.co ("Property.co"), and the contributor named in it.

2. You keep the copyright

You keep the copyright in your photos. You give Property.co a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, crop, resize and show them on Property.co and in Property.co's own marketing, and to let the agents who list in the development show them with their listings on Property.co. The licence continues if you close your contributor account. You may still use your photos anywhere else.

3. What you promise

You took the photos or own all rights in them; they show only common areas; no person can be recognised and no car number plate can be read; and using them as described does not break anyone's rights or any law or management corporation by-law you know of.

4. Review

Property.co reviews every photo and may decline it, edit it (crop, resize, blur) or remove it later. Only approved photos earn credits.

5. Credits

Each approved photo earns the credits stated in this agreement. Credits can only be used on Property.co, for features Property.co offers for credits from time to time. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and are not a payment, a deposit or stored value. Property.co will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing what credits can be used for or ending the credits scheme; unused credits may then lapse.

6. Credit line

Approved photos are shown with the credit line you choose (your display name).

7. Your details

Property.co keeps your name, email, the photos and this agreement to run the credits scheme and to show that the licence was given, as described in the privacy page.

8. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

What you confirm for each photo

• I took these photos myself, or I own all the rights in them.
• They show only the development's common areas (outside, entrance, lobby or shared facilities), not the inside of a home.
• No person can be recognised in them and no car number plate can be read.
• I agree to the photo licence terms below.
