Telok Blangah Street 31 has two distinct HDB building cohorts. The official property information checked on 19 October 2026 records 10 residential blocks and 1,877 homes: Blocks 80A, 80B and 80C carry a 2011 completion year, while seven residential blocks carry 2017. The buildings reach 18, 30 or 38 storeys, making the exact block and floor level useful starting points for a viewing.

The recorded stock contains 97 two-room, 480 three-room and 1,132 four-room sold flats, plus three units classified as executive and 165 as studio apartments. Keep those separate classifications visible when interpreting the total; they do not imply that every unit forms part of an interchangeable ordinary resale pool. Four-room flats account for most of the recorded homes.

HDB registered 76 resale transactions on the street during the complete October 2025–September 2026 window. The 23 three-room sales had a median of S$750,000 and ranged from S$672,888 to S$800,000. The 53 four-room sales had a median of S$975,000, with prices from S$865,000 to S$1,138,000. These are historical registrations, not current asking prices or valuations.

Every three-room flat sold in that window measured 68 square metres, while the four-room records measured 93 or 95 square metres. The records include Model A and Premium Apartment classifications and lease commencement years of 2013 or 2018. Those lease dates differ from the 2011 and 2017 building completion years, so compare like-sized flats and the individual lease record before drawing conclusions from the street medians.

The current Property.co guide lists Telok Blangah and Labrador Park MRT stations on the Circle Line, with minimum straight-line distances of 419 and 467 metres respectively from residential blocks on the street. Each minimum can come from a different block. They are not walking distances, entrance-access promises or a claim that both stations are equally convenient from every address.

Blangah Rise Primary School’s current official contact page places it at 91 Telok Blangah Heights. The school is a useful address to include in an assessment of daily travel from Street 31, while checking the actual entrance and route separately. Its location does not determine admission eligibility, registration priority or an available school place.

NParks identifies Telok Blangah Hill Park as a 34-hectare part of the Southern Ridges at Telok Blangah Green, off Henderson Road. The Terrace Garden and its semi-circular terraces offer a distinctive recreation destination in the wider neighbourhood. Consult the current map and notices when planning a visit; a park shown nearby does not establish a direct or step-free route from a particular flat.
