Telok Blangah Crescent: HDB housing categories, resale prices and wider connections

Panoramic view across greenery towards Singapore buildings from Mount Faber Park, with a stone viewing wall and a visitor in the foreground.
Panorama from Mount Faber Park, photographed on 15 August 2020. Telok Blangah Crescent’s HDB inventory records 3,910 homes in 25 residential blocks, checked on 19 October 2026. Three blocks were completed in 1973, fifteen in 1974, three in 1975, two in 1998 and two in 2000. These building periods give the street several distinct cohorts. Compare the exact block and a flat’s own lease, rather than treating the road name as one uniform housing product.

The recorded sold categories comprise 253 one-room, 1,845 three-room, 539 four-room and 439 five-room homes. Separately, the inventory records 833 one-room and one three-room rental home. One-room sold and one-room rental stock are different categories and should not be combined as resale supply. The totals describe existing homes rather than current availability.

There were 62 registered Telok Blangah Crescent resales in HDB’s complete October 2025–September 2026 window. Nine one-room sales had a median of S$268,888 and ranged from S$238,888 to S$279,000. Thirty-seven three-room sales had a median of S$375,000 within a S$328,000–S$432,000 range. These are dated registrations for individual flats, not an estimate of every current asking price.

Twelve four-room transactions had a median of S$778,000 and ranged from S$517,000 to S$855,000. Four five-room registrations had a median of S$790,000, with prices from S$725,000 to S$828,000. The five-room result is a thin sample of only four sales. Its records include both Standard and Adjoined flat models, so configuration and floor area matter when choosing a comparison.

Property.co’s guide identifies Tiong Bahru MRT, EW17 on the East–West Line, and HarbourFront interchange, NE1 and CC29 on the North East and Circle lines. Its straight-line minima from the nearest residential block to each station are around 1,062 metres and 1,118 metres respectively. Both exceed one kilometre and are not walking distances; assess the actual route, station entrance and any bus connection from the home.

Gan Eng Seng Primary School confirms its current campus at 100 Redhill Close on its official contact page. Use the primary school’s own information when researching it, since it should not be confused with Gan Eng Seng School. A confirmed school location is neighbourhood context, not a guarantee of admission or a measured registration distance for a particular flat.

For wider-area recreation, NParks lists the 56-hectare Mount Faber Park at the junction of Kampong Bahru Road and Telok Blangah Road, as part of the Southern Ridges. The hillside park deserves a separate route and access check: NParks states that there is no wheelchair access at the park. Consult current park information rather than assuming a surrounding green-space marker means a suitable route for every visitor.

Explore homes on Telok Blangah Crescent in the listings section, or browse Property.co’s Bukit Merah homes for sale and rent. Compare each listing’s asking price, floor area, layout and lease details with the dated resale evidence and the specific housing category described in this guide.
