Choa Chu Kang Central’s HDB inventory covers 40 residential blocks and 2,981 homes, checked against official property information on 20 October 2026, Singapore time. Eight blocks carry a 1988 completion year, 17 carry 1989, three carry 1990, eight carry 1991 and four carry 1992. Recorded heights range from four to 19 storeys, so the actual block and floor level are useful starting points for comparing homes.

The recorded sold stock contains 2,020 four-room, 643 five-room and 318 executive flats. Four-room homes account for most of the inventory, while executive units need their own model and layout comparisons. These figures count recorded housing stock rather than current sale availability; a particular home’s area, plan and lease still need to be checked against its documents and listing details.

The complete October 2025–September 2026 HDB registration window contains 58 Choa Chu Kang Central resales. Thirty-six four-room sales had a median price of S$560,000 and ranged from S$503,000 to S$635,000. Sixteen five-room transactions had a midpoint median of S$650,000, within a S$570,000–S$771,000 range. These historical registered prices are not current asking prices or valuations for every flat.

The remaining six registrations were executive flats: three Maisonettes and three Apartments, measuring 142–149 square metres. Their midpoint median was S$868,444, with prices from S$835,000 to S$941,000; six sales remain a limited sample of different configurations. All four-room sales were Model A flats of 103–113 square metres, while the five-room group combined 15 Improved flats and one Model A flat of 122–133 square metres. The sales’ lease starts fall in 1989, 1990 or 1993, separate from building completion dates.

Property.co’s current guide lists South View LRT, BP2, and Keat Hong LRT, BP3, at minimum straight-line distances of 88 and 112 metres from residential blocks. Choa Chu Kang’s existing North–South Line and LRT connection, NS4/BP1, is listed at 216 metres. These minima may start at different blocks; they do not describe a walking route, entrance access or a step-free journey. Check the selected block’s actual route and current service information.

South View Primary School’s current official contact-information page confirms its address at 6 Choa Chu Kang Central and identifies South View LRT as a rail reference. The shared street name helps locate a destination to investigate, but school entrances and practical journeys still need a block-specific check. A nearby-school marker does not establish official registration distance, admission eligibility, priority or a school place.

Choa Chu Kang Park offers a wider-town recreation destination. NParks records 11 hectares along Choa Chu Kang Drive beside the Kranji Expressway, with four playground areas, a skate plaza, fitness stations and lawns. Choose the intended activity and entrance using the current map and notices; the park’s presence in the town does not establish a direct route from every Central block.

Explore homes on Choa Chu Kang Central in the listings section, or browse Property.co’s Choa Chu Kang homes for sale and rent. Compare each listing’s asking price, area, layout and lease with the relevant dated transactions, keeping apartment and maisonette configurations distinct.
